Membership unlocks individual access for personal or single-ranch operations. You are strictly prohibited from scraping, redistributing, duplicating, or selling our aggregated data matrices without explicit written consent.
2. Premium Membership & Gated Access
Access to our 5 Core Predictive Data Matrices is strictly gated via Patreon subscription. You agree to maintain accurate billing through Patreon. Unauthorized sharing of member accounts or access credentials will result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
3. Disclaimer of Livestock Valuation
The predictive calculations and metrics hosted on this site are data-driven tools designed for ancestral lineage tracking and historical evaluation. They do not constitute guaranteed financial or operational outcomes. Livestock breeding involves natural genetic variance; all final purchase and breeding decisions remain the sole liability of the operator.
4. Limitations of Liability
Gallery of Horns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the data warehouse or predictive interfaces.
